  • Certain items (e.g., sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods) are non-refundable.

  • We’ll provide you with instructions and a return address.
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
